morphy

Terms

Last updated: October 10, 2026

These terms apply when you use Morphy, the desktop app, and Morphy Pro. Morphy is made by Casper Apers in Antwerp, Belgium (enterprise number 1041.565.214, VAT BE 1041.565.214). Questions: casper.apers@gmail.com.

Your account

You sign in to Morphy with your Google account, and your plan belongs to that account: Pro works on every computer where you sign in with it. Keep your account to yourself, and tell us at casper.apers@gmail.com if you think someone else is using it.

Your AI and your work

Morphy runs on the AI accounts you connect, like Claude, ChatGPT or OpenRouter. Their own terms and prices apply to what you do with them, and what they charge is between you and them: Morphy's plans don't include any AI usage.

Agents in Morphy can read and change files and run commands on your computer, within the permissions you give each chat. You decide what they may do, and you're responsible for checking their work. Everything you make with Morphy is yours, and it stays on your computer: see the privacy policy.

Freemium

Freemium is free, with no time limit: the whole canvas and every AI, with 3 agents working at a time and 2 projects. What it includes may change as Morphy grows, but nothing you made is ever locked or deleted because of your plan.

Pro and its price

Pro is $5 a month, VAT included, paid in advance through Stripe, our payment provider. It renews every month until you cancel. Stripe handles your card details; we never see them.

$5 is Pro's early price. We won't raise the price of a subscription while it stays active, so you keep paying $5 for as long as you keep Pro. If your subscription ends and you come back later, the price at that time applies.

Cancelling

Cancel whenever you like: click Manage on the Plan card in Morphy (Settings → Account), or email us. Pro stays until the end of the month you paid for, you aren't charged again, and Morphy goes back to Freemium. Your projects, chats and files all stay.

No refunds

Pro is digital and starts as soon as you pay. When you buy it, you ask for it to start right away and agree that you give up the 14-day right to withdraw that EU consumers otherwise have: the checkout asks you to tick a box saying so. Payments therefore aren't refunded, except where the law requires it, for example if Pro didn't work as described. Cancelling stops every payment after the current month.

When a payment fails

If a monthly payment doesn't go through, Stripe tries again over the following days and emails you to update your card. If it still fails, Pro ends and Morphy goes back to Freemium, with everything you made still there.

Fair use

  • Don't use Morphy for anything illegal, or to harm other people or their computers.
  • Don't try to get Pro without paying for it, for example by changing Morphy's files or its plan check.
  • Don't sell or share access to your Pro account.

Changes to Morphy

Morphy is young and changes often: features are added, changed and sometimes removed. If we ever stop offering Pro, we'll tell you in advance and refund the part of the month you paid for and couldn't use.

Liability

We work hard to make Morphy reliable, but it's provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, lost data, or what AI agents do with the permissions you gave them, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem. Nothing here limits rights that the law doesn't let us limit, including your rights as a consumer.

Ending

You can stop using Morphy at any time; cancel Pro first if you have it. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why when we can.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If a change affects Pro, we'll email you before it applies, and you can cancel if you don't agree.

Law

Belgian law applies, and disputes go to the courts of Antwerp. If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of your own country's laws and can also go to your local courts. Questions or complaints: casper.apers@gmail.com.
