Flow templates · Multi-agent workflows

Flows that work,
in one click.

Templates for AI chats that hand their work on to each other: a spec you approve, builders opening pull requests and QA before you merge; a council of different AIs; reviews, pipelines and a digest every morning. Ours, and the ones the Morphy community shares. Use one in Morphy, or download its file.

One click,
the whole flow.

A template builds the chats with their jobs, the cards where you decide and the arrows between them. Start it with what you want done.

  1. 01

    Pick one

In Morphy, Settings → Community → Playground → Flow templates. Or download a template's file here and use Import a file… there.

  2. 02

    Use this flow

It's built on your canvas. A development one asks which repository first, and gives each builder its own copy (a git worktree) on a branch of its own.

  3. 03

    Start it

Click Start on the flow and say what it should do. Where a template asks you, the flow waits for your OK before it goes on.

Share a flow
that works.

Built a flow others would use? Save it as a template and share it. Casper reads every one before it's listed, and it shows with your Discord name.

  1. 01

    Connect Discord

In Morphy, Settings → Account. Your Discord name and picture show with what you share.

  2. 02

    Share it

The flow's ⋯ menu → Share with the community…: a name, its kind, and what it does. Only its shape goes, never your folders, accounts or conversations.

  3. 03

    It's read

It shows in your Morphy as In review until it's added here and in the app. You can withdraw it until then.

Questions

What is a flow template?
A flow is a few AI chats on Morphy's canvas joined by arrows: when one answers, its answer goes on to the next. A template is a flow's shape as a small file: its chats with their jobs, the AI and model each runs on, its notes and cards, how each arrow carries, the brief and the Start, so anyone can build the same flow in one click.
What's in the file, and what isn't?
Only the shape: the chats' titles and jobs, their AIs and models, the arrows, the brief and the schedule. Never your folders, accounts, conversations or files. When you export or share one, Morphy takes your home folder, folder names, e-mail addresses and anything that looks like a key out of its words first.
What do the development templates need?
A git repository, git, and GitHub's command line (gh), signed in. When you use one, Morphy asks which repository, gives each chat that changes code its own copy (a git worktree on a branch of its own) and the repository itself to the chats that only read. The chats open pull requests; you review and merge them.
Do I need Claude Code?
No. A template runs on any AI Morphy connects. When it names an AI you've connected, that chat uses it; otherwise it runs on yours, and the flow says so.
Are they free?
The templates are free to download and use. Making flows in Morphy is part of Pro.
How do I share one?
In Morphy, a flow's ⋯ menu → Share with the community…, or Settings → Community → Playground → Flow templates → Share a flow…. Connect Discord first (Settings → Account): your Discord name and picture show with it. Casper reads every one before it's listed; until then it shows in your Morphy as In review.
