Lyric
A free Claude skill for kinetic lyric videos
Your message, as a song. The agent rewrites your script as about 50 seconds of lyrics and a style prompt for Suno, you make the song, and it times every sung word and finds the beat. Then every word lands on screen as it's sung: extruded 3D words in a light fisheye grid room, a whip into a dark tower of spinning rings that carry the lyric, cards and ransom letters in a tunnel, a pen that writes the line live, a swarm of word pills, a title that slams in letter by letter, and a flash into 3D shapes that rain down and bounce.

What it makes
- Extruded 3D words that pop in on the beat in a light fisheye grid room
- A dark tower of spinning rings that carry the lyric, the sung word turned to the camera
- Cards and ransom-note letters in a grid tunnel, and a pen that writes the line live
- A title disc whose letters slam in, with a HUD that shows the tempo
- A flash into 3D shapes that rain down and bounce, ending on your keyword
Best for: Turning a message, a launch or an opinion into something people replay: a short song with a clear ask at the end.

What you need
- Node 22 or newer
- Chrome or Edge
- ffmpeg
- Python with faster-whisper (times every sung word)
- A song with clear vocals, made in Suno for example
- A graphics card
- three.js (the agent installs it)
30 to 60 seconds, the length of your song · Your own song: the skill writes the lyrics and the Suno style for you · Drawn in the browser with three.js, about 10 minutes for a 57-second reel
How to use it
- Morphy: it's built in. Open Settings → Community → Playground → Content skills and add Lyric to a chat in one click.
- Claude Code: save the file as
~/.claude/skills/lyric/SKILL.md, with the reference frames beside it asreference.jpg, then ask for a video or run/lyric. - Codex or any other agent: add it as a skill, or attach the file to your first message.
Your first video
Make a Lyric video: turn my script about never paying for prompt packs into a 50-second song, then the video.
The agent checks your setup, writes the script, makes the voice, renders a few stills to check and then every frame, and hands you the MP4. Posting it is up to you.
Questions
- Is the Lyric format really free?
- Yes. Download the .md file: no account, no email, no paywall. Use it for as many videos as you like.
- What do the voices cost?
- The voice comes from ElevenLabs. Its free plan is enough to try the format (about 10,000 credits a month, roughly one per character of script). Posting videos that promote anything needs a paid plan for the commercial licence, from $6 a month.
- Does it work with Codex too?
- Yes. It's a standard SKILL.md, the skill format Claude Code and Codex both read, and Morphy has it built in. Any other agent that can run code can follow it if you attach the file.
- Do I have to label the video as AI?
- On Instagram, a reel narrated by a realistic AI voice needs Meta's AI info label; switch it on when you post. On YouTube and TikTok, check the AI disclosure setting when the content looks realistic.
