Roadmap

Shipped, and what's next

Now

In the next release.

  • Routines. Morphy does things for you at a time of day, when it starts, or when a chat finishes or needs you: open a place, focus chats, notify you or message a chat.
  • Ask Morphy to change its look. Your accent, colours, background, card style and the little Morphy, each change with an Undo. And an accent in any colour you pick.
  • Chat icons and standing instructions. Give a chat an icon, and instructions it follows whichever AI it runs on.
  • Make Morphy yours. A new step in Get started: Morphy asks three questions, then sets up your look, your chats and a routine.
  • Junie. JetBrains' coding agent joins Morphy's AIs.
  • Export a card. Copy a card as a picture, save it as a picture or an HTML file, or share a link that opens in any browser.
  • A Wall in focus mode. A new Wall view, and Stage follows the chat that needs you.
  • Flow runs you can look back on. Each run keeps which chat, AI and model did every step and how long it took, and a run can start in a fresh conversation.
  • claude.ai connectors in Morphy's chat. The connectors you've connected on claude.ai, ready in Morphy's own chat.
  • AGENTS.md imports for every AI. Files you pull in with @ in AGENTS.md now reach Codex, Grok, Copilot and the others too, not only Claude.

Next

Decided, not built yet.

  • Voice typing that tidies itself. Once your words are typed out, AI cleans them up, if you turn it on.
  • Flows in a workspace export. Take your flows along to another computer with the rest of your workspace.
  • Shareable canvases. Share a whole canvas with a link, so others can see what you built and how.
  • Morphy x Jarvis tab. A tab of its own where Morphy talks with you by voice, shows your chats and numbers, and passes the work on to your chats.

Ideas

What people ask for most.

  • Your agents outside the window. A small view of what your agents are doing that stays with you in other apps.
  • The right model for each prompt. Morphy picks the model a message needs, to spend less of your plans.
  • Flows inside projects. A flow that lives in its project, in the sidebar and on the canvas.
  • Folders in the sidebar. Group your projects and canvases in folders of your own.
  • Several Antigravity accounts. Switch between Google accounts, as you can for Claude, Codex and Grok.
  • Resize cards like windows. Hold and drag anywhere on a card to resize it, and shortcuts to do it from the keyboard.
  • Google Flow. Make pictures and videos with Google Flow from inside Morphy.
  • Extensions. Optional add-ons for Morphy, which anyone could write.

0.1.25

Sign in with GitHub and Auto mode.

  • Sign in with GitHub. Continue with GitHub, beside Google, in the app and on Get Pro.

  • Obsidian. A new connection for your notes and vault. Docs

Flows

Milestone ·

Flows replace swarms and Automations: chats and cards in a frame, joined by arrows. Read more

0.1.24

Flows.

  • Flows. Put chats and cards in a frame and join them with arrows. When a chat finishes, its answer goes on along its arrows. Docs
  • Flows replace swarms and Automations. A swarm becomes a flow the first time you open this version.
  • Give a chat more folders. For example the backend next to your frontend, in one conversation.
  • Stage and Strip. Two new ways to show a focus: one card big with the others beside it, or full-height columns. Docs
  • How full is the conversation?. The model menu shows it, like 62k of 200k.
  • Grok's plan usage. See how much of your Grok plan you've used.

All of 0.1.24's notes

0.1.23

Switch AIs and keep the conversation.

  • Switch a chat to another AI. Pick another AI in a chat's title bar and the conversation comes along. Docs
  • Morphy in Crystal or Pixel. New looks for the little Morphy on your chats.
  • Connect in one click. Every service in Connections has its own Connect button, with Supabase, Cloudflare and more.
  • The minimap shows what's working. A chat at work glows on the minimap, and one that needs you glows brighter.
  • Playground. Settings, Community, Playground gathers the libraries in one place. Docs

All of 0.1.23's notes

0.1.22

Connect your tools.

  • Connect your tools. Give Morphy GitHub, Notion, Linear, Sentry, Context7 and Stripe, or any MCP server of your own. Docs
  • Pictures on the canvas. Drop pictures or paste a screenshot, and each one becomes a card of its own. Docs
  • A little Morphy on every chat. It shows what the agent is doing, and waves when it needs you.
  • Remote on your phone. Morphy Remote lists your projects the way the sidebar does, with a Continue list. Docs
  • Safer by default. New installs start chats in Auto-accept edits: agents change files in their folder and ask before anything else.
  • AGENTS.md. Morphy's instruction file is now AGENTS.md, the name most AIs look for.

All of 0.1.22's notes

0.1.21

Card library.

  • Card library. Ready-made cards for your canvas, like Chess and a Repo dashboard, added in one click. Docs

All of 0.1.21's notes

0.1.20

Library.md, send later and undo a turn.

  • Library.md. Free content formats for TikTok, Reels and Shorts, each a SKILL.md your AI follows, with a real video of what it makes. Docs
  • Send later. Send a message in an hour, tomorrow morning, or when your limit resets. Docs
  • Undo a turn. When a turn changed files, ↶ under the reply puts them back as they were. Docs
  • A chat in its own copy. Its own Git copy of the project, so several agents don't overwrite each other. Docs
  • Always ask before. Commands every agent asks you about first, even with no guardrails. Docs
  • Send feedback. Report a bug, share an idea or write a review from inside Morphy.

All of 0.1.20's notes

0.1.19

  • Send a message while it works. It waits for the agent's next step, without stopping it.
  • See what each step did. Click a step in a reply to see what went in and what came back.
  • See what Claude's helper agents do. A helper agent's step opens to its prompt, its own steps and its report.
  • Reply to part of an answer. Select some text in a reply and click Reply.

All of 0.1.19's notes

0.1.18

A small fix for Mac and Linux.

All of 0.1.18's notes

0.1.17

Several accounts, OpenCode and a file viewer.

  • More than one Claude or Codex account. Add another account and switch in one click. Your chats keep their conversations. Docs

Milestone ·

Morphy comes in two plans, Freemium and Pro. Everyone from early access keeps Pro for life, free. Read more

  • Pro for life for early access. Everyone who joined during early access has Pro for life, free.
  • Morphy shows you around. A short tour for new users, where you do each step yourself.

A signed Windows installer

Milestone ·

The installer is signed (publisher: Apers), so Windows stops treating it as unknown. Read more

  • Canvas cards. A card on your main canvas shows a map of another canvas. Zoom into it to fly in.

  • A signed installer. The Windows installer is now signed (publisher: Apers). Docs

All of 0.1.14's notes

0.1.13

One canvas for everything.

  • Notes are markdown. With live preview like Obsidian: headings, lists, tasks, code and tables render as you type.
  • Right-click the canvas. A new chat or note right there, a new project, and undo, redo and paste. Idea by @Yssarile.
  • Ask Morphy to organise your canvas. It can make projects, move cards between them and rearrange the groups. Docs
  • Use any OpenAI-compatible service. Connect a reseller, your company's gateway or a model server on your own computer. Idea by @FIGA ╡. Docs
  • The canvas map shows your zoom. Click it for 100%, and fold the map away with the arrow beside it. Idea by @chilick.
