Keyboard shortcuts
Every shortcut and mouse gesture in Morphy, and how to change them.
Open the shortcut sheet with the ? button in the top-right corner of the canvas, from Ctrl + K → Keyboard shortcuts, or in Settings → General. It has a search box, and it always shows your current keys.
Change a shortcut
In the sheet, click a shortcut's key and press the new keys. Esc cancels, Backspace removes the shortcut.
- Add another shortcut gives an action a second key (two at most).
- Actions without a key show Set shortcut.
- If the keys are already in use, Morphy asks: Use it here or Keep it there.
- Changed rows are marked. Back to … resets one row, Reset all resets everything.
The shortcuts in the first table can be changed. Mouse gestures and the keys Windows and Morphy need for themselves (like Esc, Enter, the arrow keys and Ctrl + A) can't.
While you're typing
When the cursor is in a text box (a chat, the terminal), only zoom, Find on canvas, the Command palette, Settings and Canvas only work. The other shortcuts, like Ctrl + B, undo and copying cards, wait until you click an empty spot on the canvas.
