Freemium and Pro

What Morphy's free plan includes, what Pro adds, and what happens when you reach a limit.

Morphy has two plans. Freemium is free for as long as you like. Pro removes the limits and adds the features for running many agents at once. You bring your own AI either way: your Claude, ChatGPT or other plan pays for the AI, and Morphy's plan doesn't change that.

See your plan in Settings → Account → Plan.

Joined during early access? You have Pro for life, free. The Plan card says so, and there's nothing to buy or manage.

What Freemium includes

Everything you need to work with agents on your canvas:

  • 3 agents working at a time. Morphy's own chat doesn't count.
  • 2 projects. Home doesn't count.
  • As many chats, cards, notes and canvases as you like.
  • Every AI provider, Morphy itself, focus mode, the terminal and browser, voice typing, the leaderboard and every theme.

What Pro adds

  • As many agents working at a time as you like.
  • As many projects as you like.
  • Swarms: one message to many agents at once. See Swarms.
  • Morphy Remote: your agents on your phone.
  • Split view and extra windows: canvases side by side, or on another screen. See Tabs.
  • Automations (beta).

Pro is $5 a month, VAT included. That's an early price: get Pro now and it stays $5 a month for as long as you keep it, even after the price goes up.

Get Pro

  1. Click Get Pro at the bottom left of the sidebar, or Upgrade on the Plan card (Settings → Account). Your browser opens Morphy's Pro page, already set up for your account.
  2. Click Get Pro there and pay with Stripe: a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
  3. Go back to Morphy. Pro switches on by itself when its window comes back to the front. If it hasn't yet, click Check again on the Plan card.

You can also get Pro from appmorphy.com/pricing: sign in with the same Google account you use in Morphy, and Pro goes to that account.

Manage or cancel Pro

Click Manage on the Plan card. Stripe's page opens, where you can cancel, change your card or download your invoices. When you cancel, Pro stays until the end of the month you paid for, then Morphy goes back to Freemium. Payments aren't refunded: see the terms.

When you reach a limit

Morphy never refuses a message and never locks anything you made.

  • A fourth agent: your message waits. The chat says Freemium runs 3 agents at a time — this starts as soon as one of them finishes, and it starts by itself the moment one of the others is done. Stop drops it. A chat open in terminal view counts as one of the three while it's open, so it opens once one of them is free. The three are for the whole computer: a second copy of Morphy running on it shares them.
  • A third project: New project shows what Pro adds instead. The projects you have stay as they are.
  • A Pro feature: a note at the bottom of the canvas offers Pro at its early price, with Get Pro.
  • Asking Morphy: Morphy knows your plan and tells you when something is part of Pro. If a change to your canvas adds a swarm or a third project anyway, Morphy takes it back and the chat that made it says so.

If you had more on Pro, it all stays: your projects, swarms and automations keep their chats and files. You just can't make new ones beyond Freemium's limits. A swarm you already have keeps working (its agents count toward the three), and an automation's run already going can be finished, though not given more rows. Split views and extra windows close when Pro ends, even while Morphy is open, and come back as they were when you have Pro again.

How Morphy knows your plan

Morphy asks Morphy's server which plan your Google account has: shortly after it starts, every few hours, when its window comes back to the front, and when you open Settings → Account or click Check again. It remembers the answer for a week, so Morphy works offline and nothing changes if the server is down. After a week with no answer, it uses Freemium until it can check again.

If you signed in before plans existed, the Plan card may ask you to Confirm account: your browser opens Google once to confirm it's you.
